sometimes the biggest moments in creativity
aren't fueled by the most expensive things
or fancy gadgets
all you need
is a dull pencil left on the table by your siblings
{I think it was used for math}
and a gluten free noodle
that would be a gluten free noodle made from corn
{those are our family's absolute favorites}.
Then add a little boy who's very curious
and you've got an instant tactile learning activity
and one very proud little two year old boy.

ah yes... if you take an empty apple juice bottle out of the recycling bin, and manage to get the basket of clothespins within reach, you can put clothespins in the bottle, shake it up and dump them out. repeat. fabulously hilarious when you're 15 months old. :)

Oh he's such a cutie!
So, I realize the type of noodle is not the point of this post, but have you guys ever tried noodles made from quinoa? We have found them to be the closest tasting to 'regular' noodles, and the quinoa is really good for you (not that corn noodles are bad). Our favorite brand is http://www.quinoa.net/145/163.html
